What happens when my plan expires?
When the validity period ends, data stops. Nothing renews and nothing gets charged. We email you shortly before a plan expires so it never catches you off guard, and we follow up after it ends.
Unused data does not carry over
Data left on an expired plan is gone. It is not refunded and it does not roll into a new plan. Deleting the eSIM from your phone does not refund unused data either.

Forward your next itinerary to trips@get.esimion.com and we reply with four plan options matched to that trip. If your current plan is still active and you just need more time or data, email us and say "top up."
