What happens when my data runs out?
Data simply stops. Nothing gets charged and nothing renews on its own. Every plan is prepaid, so running out can never create a surprise bill.
We warn you before it happens
We track usage on your plan. If you burn through data quickly mid-trip, we email you a heads-up so you are not caught offline.
How to add more data
Email trips@get.esimion.com and say "top up." We reply with a one-click link that adds data to the eSIM you already have. No reinstall and no new QR code.
You can also top up from your eSIMs page after logging in at esimion.com.
