Terms of Service

By accessing or using eSIMion ("we", "our", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will note the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use eSIMion. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements. The Service is intended for personal, lawful use in connection with international travel.

eSIMion uses passwordless authentication via one-time magic links sent to your email address. These links are single-use and expire after a limited time. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure.

Do not share magic links with others. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact us immediately at support@esimion.com.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent itinerary information
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service
• Interfere with the operation of the platform or its infrastructure
• Circumvent any security or authentication mechanisms

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

eSIMion generates eSIM plan recommendations based on the itinerary information you provide, our live plan catalog, and automated scoring logic. These recommendations are informational only.

We do not guarantee that recommended plans will meet your specific data, speed, or coverage requirements. You are responsible for reviewing plan details — including coverage countries, data allowances, validity periods, and activation requirements — before purchasing.

eSIMion is not a cellular carrier. All eSIM plans are provided by independent third-party telecom and eSIM providers. eSIMion acts as an intermediary to help you discover and access these plans.

Coverage quality, network speeds, and plan availability are determined entirely by those third-party providers and may vary by region, device, and time. eSIMion makes no guarantees about the performance or reliability of any provider's network.

eSIM delivery depends on successful provisioning through third-party provider systems. In rare cases, provisioning may be delayed, fail, or result in an inactive profile due to factors outside our control.

Device compatibility is your responsibility. You must verify that your device supports eSIM technology and is unlocked before purchasing. eSIMion cannot provision eSIMs on incompatible or locked devices.

Some plans activate automatically upon installation. Review the install timing guidance provided for each plan carefully before proceeding.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method. Prices are displayed in USD and may vary by provider and region.

Refund eligibility is limited. Because eSIM profiles are delivered digitally and may activate immediately upon installation or first network use, refunds may not be available once provisioning has occurred. We will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@esimion.com promptly if you experience a provisioning failure.

We do not store full payment card details. All payment data is handled by Stripe in accordance with their terms and PCI-DSS standards.

We strive to keep eSIMion available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, provider outages, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, eSIMion and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service — including, but not limited to, loss of connectivity while traveling, missed communications, or costs incurred due to plan incompatibility.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific plan or transaction giving rise to the claim.

All content, branding, software, and functionality of the eSIMion platform is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these terms, is harmful to other users or to us, or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
