My eSIM email didn't arrive
Check your spam or junk folder first, then search your inbox for eSIMion or for ESM, the start of your order reference. Most missing emails are sitting in one of those two places.
Get to your eSIM without the email
Go to esimion.com and log in with the email address you bought with. We send a sign-in link to that address. Your eSIMs page lists every purchase, and from there you can open the install page and resend the install link to your inbox.
Bought in the last few minutes?
Delivery is usually fast but give it a few minutes after checkout. The email comes from eSIMion and the subject includes your order reference.
Still nothing?
Email support@esimion.com from the address you used at checkout. We will locate the order and get the eSIM to you.
