We are not AIS
eSIMion is not AIS, and we do not sell AIS SIM cards, AIS plans, or AIS top-ups. If you are a AIS customer looking for your own account, contact AIS directly.
What we sell is a prepaid travel eSIM. In Thailand, that eSIM connects to the AIS network for data. You get local coverage without a AIS contract, a store visit, or a local sign-up.
How a travel eSIM on the AIS network works
You buy the plan before your trip and it arrives by email with a tap-to-install link and a QR code. When you land, your phone connects to AIS's towers and data works. Your home SIM stays in place and your number does not change.
Where AIS has built out 5G, you get 5G on supported plans. Elsewhere you get 4G, which is fine for maps, messaging, and video calls.
The plan is data only. It does not come with a local phone number, so calls and texts to your regular number still arrive through your home SIM.
