We are not Telemach
eSIMion is not Telemach, and we do not sell Telemach SIM cards, Telemach plans, or Telemach top-ups. If you are a Telemach customer looking for your own account, contact Telemach directly.
What we sell is a prepaid travel eSIM. In Croatia, that eSIM connects to the Telemach network for data. You get local coverage without a Telemach contract, a store visit, or a local sign-up.
How a travel eSIM on the Telemach network works
You buy the plan before your trip and it arrives by email with a tap-to-install link and a QR code. When you land, your phone connects to Telemach's towers and data works. Your home SIM stays in place and your number does not change.
Where Telemach has built out 5G, you get 5G on supported plans. Elsewhere you get 4G, which is fine for maps, messaging, and video calls.
The plan is data only. It does not come with a local phone number, so calls and texts to your regular number still arrive through your home SIM.
