eSIMion

SK eSIM for travelers

Our travel eSIM plans for South Korea connect to the SK network. If you searched for an eSIM for SK coverage on a trip, this page explains exactly what we sell and where it works.

We are not SK

eSIMion is not SK, and we do not sell SK SIM cards, SK plans, or SK top-ups. If you are a SK customer looking for your own account, contact SK directly.

What we sell is a prepaid travel eSIM. In South Korea, that eSIM connects to the SK network for data. You get local coverage without a SK contract, a store visit, or a local sign-up.

How a travel eSIM on the SK network works

You buy the plan before your trip and it arrives by email with a tap-to-install link and a QR code. When you land, your phone connects to SK's towers and data works. Your home SIM stays in place and your number does not change.

Where SK has built out 5G, you get 5G on supported plans. Elsewhere you get 4G, which is fine for maps, messaging, and video calls.

The plan is data only. It does not come with a local phone number, so calls and texts to your regular number still arrive through your home SIM.

Our South Korea plans on SK

Our South Korea eSIM plans ride on SK. The South Korea page lists every plan size, validity, and what to expect from the network on the ground.
