We are not Dialog
eSIMion is not Dialog, and we do not sell Dialog SIM cards, Dialog plans, or Dialog top-ups. If you are a Dialog customer looking for your own account, contact Dialog directly.
What we sell is a prepaid travel eSIM. In Sri Lanka, that eSIM connects to the Dialog network for data. You get local coverage without a Dialog contract, a store visit, or a local sign-up.
How a travel eSIM on the Dialog network works
You buy the plan before your trip and it arrives by email with a tap-to-install link and a QR code. When you land, your phone connects to Dialog's towers and data works. Your home SIM stays in place and your number does not change.
Service on these plans is 4G LTE. Speeds are fine for maps, messaging, and video calls.
The plan is data only. It does not come with a local phone number, so calls and texts to your regular number still arrive through your home SIM.
